About a year ago the Waterfront seemed disorganized and food very mediocre. We complained to the rude woman in charge who said she and her husband owned the place and were having staff problems. Heard the Waterfront is under new management now. Went there recently and the upper level was open, with a small menu and drinks for great prices. Convenient location and no problem parking…will definitely go again. :)

I am not surprised the place is closed. The parking is bad as there is no where to park except for a small area which means leaving your car along side the road where it can be potentially hit. I also saw big roaches running all over the tables where people would eat. I can only imagine how many would be running around in the kitchen and I cringe at that thought. I heard rumors the oxxxx xxxxxn Bxxxxxxx sxxxxxxs his alcohol, cigaretts etc. from St. Martin wxxxxxt pxxxxx dxxy so he can mxxx a huge pxxxxt. The service is highly lacking and disorganised. The owner himself should not be in this business or any for that matter as he has absolutely no respect for anyone or their culture. I even overheard him use the "N" word and how he was disgusted with them.
The place does have potential but the owner negates al that. I have a hard time being a patron knowing all this and would not recommed this place to anyone. This is just my honest opinion.

I have been to the waterfront several times, beautiful place, I personally have had nothing but great service and the food was fantastic. Prices are great too.. $5 a drink.. Very close distance, in hodges bay... loved it...Definitely would go again :)

I hav been to Waterfront once. Loved the setting. Thought I would definitely want to go back there with a special someone. But as the writer said, the food was terrible and the service was lousy. I haven't been back and dont think i will since it obviously hasnt improved. What a shame
