Antigua St. John’s - Title sponsor INET welcomes the inclusion of regional golfers at this weekend’s INET International Pairs Caribbean tournament, which will be held September 7 and 8 at Cedar Valley Golf Club.

According to APUA Telecoms Business Unit Manager Curtis McKay, “INET is once again pleased to be the title sponsor of this prestigious event. As a forward thinking and dynamic business, INET always seeks to align itself with initiatives similarly inclined; the fact that this event is now being held on a regional scale, only speaks to its continued growth and the innovation of its organizers. This event will bring amateur golfers from over 30 countries worldwide to compete, share cultures and capture memories.

Zorol Barthley of Golf Experience Caribbean, the organisers of the INET International Pairs Caribbean Tournament added that this event is more than a competition.

“One of the joys of hosting this event is that we are able to raise money and awareness for a deserving individual and this year we will be having a silent auction for Jeremiah "Tini" Henry. Our corporate partners and individuals have willingly donated items that will help us to meet our target. And I wish to thank them for their unwavering belief and support of our tournament.”

The silent auction will take place during the awards ceremony and cocktail at the Ciboney Room, Halcyon Hotel on Saturday, September 08.
