Time for a change. Sad to say Antigua has not made any progress during the UPP reign.

Well Sir/madame,i am not from down there,dont live down there.If he wins hands down as you say nothing to me,all it does will be to reflect the mind set and ambitions of the residents.Go figure.

That area was always in a rough shape.Before Baldwin Spencer,VC Bird was the representative for the entire area.If you really read my blogs you would see my political party.I am a registered Democrat.I do not support political parties in Antigua and Barbuda.I do not come down there at election time and vote.That would not be wise of me to do.I leave the selection of the leaders to the citizens who are living there.You the people voted them into office.If they do not live up to your standards,vote them out.That is what democracy is all about.I stand by what I have written.Come election time Balwin Spencer will win that seat hands down over Gail Christian.

There is nothing wrong with coming from the mud,or enjoying your younger days there,nothing is wrong with choosing to remain there as an adult either,the point is under what conditions do you remain? The PM has been the Rep for that area for as long as i can remember, he has been elevated by the people of that area from 1989 ,now that he has the opportunity to do something for them,what has he done?? nothing,Poverty and depressed living is even more apparent than before,My question to you was ,do someone keep on voting for someone who keeps them in poverty,or do you think about yourself first,Unless you like the way you live,then you will make a change.I am pretty sure you moved on for a better life,whether it be here or abroad,you no longer live under depressed coditions,crime ridden and hopeless.If the people of the area go back to the polls and re-elect him,it is clear they want no better for themselves.

If there is a good watchdog and proper policing by the ALP at the polls in 2014 and the poll open on time I can assure you the UPP including Spencer will not retain power in Antigua

I am saying that Gail will not win that seat at election time over Spencer.The history of the constituency tells me so.Going back to the days when the late VC Bird was the rep for the area.I would be grateful if you proved me wrong in 2014.Whether you like it in the mud or not is your business.I enjoyed my younger years in the Mud.It really was a nickname given to the area by King Obstinate.

I really don't know about all that, the lights just keep shutting off and my bill is really too high. So even though WPP was supposed to solve the problem, I still a use kerosene lamp. So I just figure it’s a bad deal and would like to return that Plant and get my money back. Assuming at 47million dollars it would be covered under the warranty. I am also confused (not really) as to why we would purchase a fossil fuel base plant from the world leader in Solar and wind energy. To tell you the truth I get a little iffy, on the fact that this project never cleared parliament but that might have been an accident (not really). I kind of puzzle me that not UPP member is asking about this I guess they all think it’s a wonderful deal. I don’t like it but they may know much better than I. I have to assume because no one is talking. Maybe it just a public relations misunderstandin g (not really) A Damm shame though to go all the way to China and bring your people a piece of doo doo!

O gosh jack, You know I love you but Please do not for one second believe that Mr. Spencer is not a brilliant man for brilliant is as brilliant does and he is Prime Minister, the number one position in the land. He had to work for it, how else you think he got it. Can he hold on to it? The answer is just about a year away. He who wants it the most usually gets it, and I believe the PM is going to fight like hell, and that’s real.

I hope the PM take your advice and come clean on WPP because sooner or Later it will come up. No Person who loves Antigua and Barbuda can let that one go. I do not know if a crime was committed but I do know all the promises of a better electric system and i do know WPP is a pile of junk and it should be the crown jewel of the UPP. Notice they don't even bring it up not even to tell the people what a wonderful plant we have and how well it is working and prove the savings it has brought us. All involved with WPP should be fired and or jailed and the Chinese ambassador who blatantly disrespected and tried to intimidate my people needs to go.

I love your enthusiasm, however many will vote for the PM and beauty is not going to fix anything. I'm not saying not to support Gail because she is a very bright person but do not underestimate the sweet talker who is a very savvy politician. I have seen the PM at work and people find him pleasant and even convincing. I believe Gail have a very good chance this time for the incumbents record speaks for itself and change AGAIN is always a good thing. When an incumbent looses it’s always because of their non performance.

We need to fight for you guys bacause the bill for all them millions and the state and conditions that are so broken is what you will inherrit. Get as much young people involved the future is yours, protect it.
