Masked Man Escapes Police

E-mail

Masked Man Escapes PoliceThe police confronted a masked man in Gray's Farm early Sunday morning, but he was able to escape them. According to reports, the police received a 911 call about a suspicious person at #1 Armstrong Road, Gray’s Farm at about 3:30 am.

They came face-to-face with a man dressed in a dark blue coverall, wearing a bulletproof vest and a black mask, walking along the road. The man open fire, and the police shot back, but the suspect escaped by scaling a fence.

He was said to be of medium build and about 5'7".

In earlier news, the police were chasing yet another robbery report on Saturday night, on the heels of two which occurred on Friday. This time, reports were that a man from Gambles had been robbed at Heritage Quay.

Two masked assailants dressed in three-quarter pants and dark shirts approached the man at about 9 pm on the boardwalk while he was with a female friend.

The robbers were armed with what appeared to be screw drivers. They took the man's wallet, which contained US$200, along with his driver's license and other important documents.

He described his attackers as slim and about 5' 11".

have you ever been fired upon? At night?
with one of yours facing years in prison?
think about all that these officers have to think about when out there doing their duties.
They are expected to do their jobs without errors or go to jail. Suppose while engaging this mask man someone had gotten shot while sleeping in his/ her home? what would be the TALK now?
surely it would be to send them police jail.

criminals have nothing to worry about but the police in response to these criminals have many. Before you judge these officers, try if you can, to put yourself in their situation.

Its either your reports are just sensation or that they simply exposed how ill equipped and ineffective the police are. They came face to face with a bandit yet the bandit had enough time to shoot, scale fence and get away. Look joke. Amidst the humor maybe you should have added the police upon confronting the man thought it was a ghost and was reluctant to shoot lest they fire at thin air. Then again even with real smaddy is still thin air dem shotting.

these crooks seem to be outdoing the police in every way shape and form. b**let proof vest, tazar, powerful guns etc. It's time we call in some real police to train these people we call police. I'm beginning to wonder if they really want to catch these crooks. This is becoming more and more frustrating and embara*sing for us as a country that depend so heavily on Tourism.

The Robber was wearing b**let proof vest - WERE THE POLICE WEARING ANY??
They are supposed to have them but it seems a good excuse NOT to wear them so police can run away faster!!
