trevor jacobs is from grays farm and lived with his mother in the grays-green community until he was a teenager; Most of his teenage years was spent at the Boys Training School. Trevor actually grew up in the boys training school. He is indeed a serial "trouble maker" but needs help and not to be put down or put away.
