Antigua St. john's - The Police Service Commission’s application for a stay of execution was dismissed by the Caribbean Court of Appeal on Monday.
It ruled that the applicant had failed to provide sufficient basis for the court to exercise its discretion in granting a stay.
The PSC made the application after Constable Clifford Jackson won his case against them for unfair dismissal.
In September 2012, Justice Astaphan ruled that the officer was unfairly dismissed and that all salaries and benefits be paid to him - about $200,000.

PSC LOST- STAY OF EXECUTION
He did not seek a "...Stay of Execution" against the Judgment, and therefore, wins no appeal. The Judgment stands.
Instead, it was the "...Police Service Commission (PSC) who sought a "...Stay of Execution" through attorney Dr. David Dorset that has "...LOST" the legal challenge.
Hence, it may have been captioned "...PSC LOST APPEAL."

IGNORANCE AND INCIVILITY
Woe be unto the person who flourishes in ignorance;
The concerned citizen has shown that he has no appreciation for the "...proper administration of justice" by those with the "...legal knowledge" and charged with its "...impartial, fair and equitable dispensation."
Sadly, he appeared to be still savoring "...JUNGLE JUSTICE," thereby continues to "...wallow in ignorance and incivility."
It pays to read, understand and learn.
