Antigua St. John's - Brothers Roderick and Kevon Grant, both of Lightfoot West – who were shot by the police last November during an alleged gunfight - have still not been charged, and at least one remains a patient at the Mount St John’s Medical Center.
Twenty-year-old Roderick – who was shot in the head – was reportedly discharged from the hospital, but rendered immobile and is kept at home, according to family members. His visits to the hospital for treatment are frequent.
Acting Commissioner of Police Henry Christian told Caribarena recently that the incident, which took place in the Belmont area, is still under investigation.
The brothers have still not gone before a magistrate, and the police have not released any information about the whereabouts of a third suspect.
“Information so far suggests that they are still under care, and have not yet been taken before the court,” Christian said last Thursday.

Yea, right!!!
No parents in Antigua seem to know what their sons are involved in. Wake up mommy and daddy; they go and come as they like, they don't work; but have expensive clothes and cell phones that you did not by, they always have cash... Do you smell the bacon yet?
