Backlog Cases

With the number of Lawyers we have on this island this should not happen

We need to establish some specialized courts for dealing with TRAFFIC, SMALL CLAIMS, RENT COLLECTION etc. There are enough lawyers here who could be appointed to preside over associated cases. I guarantee we would be able to collect enough fines to run these as profit centres.
The venues could be spread out all over the island.
