The 23 year old, who resided in Villa, was taken to MSJMC where doctors reported that the injuries he received to the head and left side of his face were not serious. He was treated and later discharged.
The other incidents involved a 33-year-old Nut Grove man who is nursing a cutlass wound to his left hand after he was reportedly attacked by three men.
It is alleged that the victim was walking along Kentish Road in the vicinity of the Seventh Day Adventist Church when a silver Toyota Tercel motor car pulled up alongside him.
A man, armed with a cutlass, jumped out and used the weapon to inflict the wound to his hand. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors reported that the wound was not life threatening. He was treated and later discharged. The incident took place around 5:45 pm on Sunday.
A Gray’s Farm man also reported that while he was riding his bicycle through the King George V Grounds, an unknown man stabbed him in the back with a screwdriver.
It is alleged that shortly before the incident, the assailant, said to be about 5’ 5” tall walked up to the victim and told him not to ride through the area again.
The victim further reported that as he was about to continue his journey, the unknown man pulled a screwdriver from his pocket and stabbed him in his back, then fled the scene.
