Everytime I read stories such as this one it pains my heart, but it reinforces the need for a VILLAGE to rear a child.
But I asked how can we have a village help raise a child when laws are put in place to prevent this and parents no longer sees the need for others to advise or correct these young people?
How can we have a village raise our children when we no longer "social" with each other, we perfer to be wired to our high tech gadgets?
Do I need to say more????
How can we have a village raise a child when these children coming out of schools sees their future as hopeless?
How can we have a village help to raise our children when we are not judge by who we but by the family we are born into? HMMMMMMMMM!!!

when i was a young man, at 18 and 15 we had better more constructive thing on our mind, the youths today, not all, are destructive, evil and bad minded. they think of nothing but negative things to do to occupy their time. parene need to give them constructive things to do. cut the lawn, wash the dishes, do laundry, clean the hous, do your homework. parents, take care of the youths, or else it might be too late. then you will have no one to blame but yourself.
