Point Man Shot in the Groin Antigua St john's - The police are investigating a shooting incident on lower North Street, in the Point, that left a 26-year-old man nursing a gunshot wound to his groin area.

The incident happened at around 3 am on Thursday, while the man was walking along lower North Street.

Someone wearing dark clothing and a mask approached the victim and shot him in his groin.

He was taken to the Mount St John Medical Center, where doctors reported that his condition was stable.

The police are continuing their investigation into the matter, and are appealing to anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 462-3913/14, or call Crime Stoppers at 800-Tips (8477).
