Antigua St John's - The Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (ONDCP) discovered a 9mm pistol with eight rounds of ammunition and 7.37 lbs of cannabis during the search of  a home in the Golden Grove area on Monday April 30.

A common-law couple, Titus Rolle and Dinelle Henry, both 28, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis, possession with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of cannabis, possession of an unlicensed firearm, and possession of eight rounds.
 
Rolle was being sought by the ONDCP in connection with a previous counter drug operation in February that resulted in the seizure of 275 lbs of cannabis.

He was therefore additionally charged with drug trafficking, possession of cannabis, possession with intent to transfer, being concerned in the supply of cannabis, and importation.


 
The couple appeared in the St John’s Magistrate Court on Wednesday May 2 to have the charges formally read. Both were denied bail and remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison until May 9.
