Ignorance & stupidity. If APUA cannot provide a service then the whole board should resign in emba**ment immediately. This is 2013, not 1913, we have a 'high tech', 'state of the art new', new plant at WPP, no sorry, I forgot, the new engines went to Colombia, we got some old crap they had lying around.

That just goes to show how incompetent and inconsiderate they are. Public service announcements over the airwaves is the best course of action.

It is ridiculous for Apua to apologise on Facebook while 90% of the customers are at home doing business and calling radio saying that they have no current.
Would it not be easier to call the radio station and say something.I listened all day to people calling and when I went on line last night there was the apology.
Pls in the future most of us are listening to the radio all day.
Our bills are soooo high and we are very frustrated.

This power situation is way beyond unacceptable; $53 million to sit in the dark is a very bitter pill to swallow.

the people are tired of hearing excuses, they want reasons!
