Antigua St. John's - Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer has called on the United States to do more to help the Caribbean Community, CARICOM’s fight against crime and narcotics trafficking in the region.
He made the comments following a presentation by the US Attorney General, Eric Holder at the Twenty-Fourth Inter-Sessional Meeting of the Heads of Government of CACRICOM now underway here in Port-au-Prince, Republic of Haiti.
In his contribution to the Agenda Item “Strengthening the Regional Crime and Security”, Prime Minister Spencer indicated that “crime and security have a direct correlation to the economic survival of our small vulnerable Nations and as a consequence the region must continue to treat the scourge with the highest priority”.

USA money is great but their policy that they ask you to enact and the rights they ask to give the people is too much to ask for.
All we good for is to talk and pretend to be intelligent and charismatic. Even caricom is a way to get, everything is about getting but never about giving and being independent

Before asking for help, state what you have done, what you are doing and then ask for help to fill the void in order to get a full resolution
