We really cannot go on like this for 12 more months,just impossible.On a serious note is there anything legal we can do to force the Govt to go back to the polls ASAP? Well the last time a government minister under the ALP was found in contempt and sentenced to prison, he was pardoned by the GG Carlisle so don't expect that this will be different if they don't follow the order. I think this matter will be kicked down the road for Gaston to deal with if they win.

Minister Lovell going deal wid dis easy easy. IMF say "broaden de tax base". Harold think for a while and decide hey we done have the SSS tax coming next April, we go have de Fire engine replacement tax, de ambulance replacement tax and now we going have de pay HMB tax. And Antiguans know once a tax is introduced it never get rescinded. So IMF happy with the broader tax base and Harrold know that in three years the taxes done pay what they were introduced for and is all cream after that. Do you know what...It is simply unfair that us taxpayers are going to have to foot this bill when the government is doing absolutely nothing to prevent the interest from accumulating. I am continually being irked by these kinds of crazy events taking place in Antigua & Barbuda. As if it wasn't was bad enough that they (the government) illegally took possession of the private property of this poor soul without paying her any compensation,bu t they continue to get deeper and deeper into trouble with her. How can pentioners get a hearing at the Eastern Caribbean High Court to let them hand down an order of mandamus for the government to pay back Social Security?
