I don't put much stock in this press release and think it's important to wait for the full report which hopefully will detail the testing methodology, the equipment involved, analysis of short and long term exposure, cumulative effects from mutiple towers, etc. And they may not be able to address long term effects because this is new technology.
Plenty tricks can be played with statisics and selective readings, afterall, there were many doctors and experts in the 50's and 60's who told us cigarettes were harmless.

With respect to celltowers, it is irrelevant to compare their emissions to the ICNIRP guidelines. The ICNIRP guidelines only protect against short-term, acute exposure. In other words: if the microwave radiation does'nt heat you up within six minutes, it's considered safe - but that view is way out-of-date with the current scientific litterature that shows that very weak microwave radiation can do damage with long-term exposure.
Celltowers transmit continuous, low-level microwaves and 80% of all scientific population studies on people living close to celltowers show a range of health problems in those people. Why doesn't Jorge J Skvarca mention the scientific litterature on this matter?
Most commonly reported symptoms are: sleeping problems, fatigue, dizziness, headaches, light-headednes s, irritability and ultimately cancer (after years of exposure).

Caribarens, did someone independant document the **sment while it was in process? This type of **sment need special and very expensive equipment and an entire island in 2 week by one person seem quite a short time so to make sure, check and recheck. After all human life is in question. I hope it is safe and I am not doubting anything. My approach is scientific. Always verify, Never take one man word for nothing, the odd are against you.
