JCI Planning Customer Relations Seminar

JCI Antigua St John's - JCI Antigua will be hosting a one-day seminar on Customer Relations on July 21. Topics to be covered include Customer Service Excellence; The Customer Connection; and the A+ Agent.

Participants will be taught how to deliver exceptional value to today’s busy customers, communication skills for giving better service, and confidence and professionalism for frontline staff.

The facilitator will be Patricia Edwards-Southwell of Performance Enhancement Services.

This one-day Customer Relations Seminar takes place at the Heritage Hotel on Thursday July 21, from 9 am to 4 pm.
