JCI Antigua was recently represented by a 12-member delegation at the JCI West Indies 51st Mid-Year Meeting and JCI Area C Conference in Curacao. The contingent was led by JCI Antigua's 51st president, Roxanne Martin.
The meetings brought together JCI members from across the Caribbean, including Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, and Antigua & Barbuda.
Meanwhile, the JCI West Indies contingent to the Area C Conference was led by President Brenda Albert of Antigua. This conference attracted over 600 participants from across the Caribbean and the Americas.
While there, the delegates exchanged ideas, gave updates on the JCI's activities and displayed products and foods from their countries.
The packed programme of activities culminated with an awards banquet and closing ceremony where JCI Antigua was able to capture an award for the Best Youth Empowerment Program in the area.
