How foolish? The doctor has to discuss or reveal the details of the patient's case for it to be considered a violation of patient confidentiality. As far as I know a prisoner should be as closely monitored while in a treatment facility, the same was as if in a prison facility. Security is your main objective. But shouldnt that responsibility be The Prison System also. Both parties should be responsible for an escape. Blameworthy the Prison system since he is yours.
