In addition to covering his medical expenses, therapy and caretaking up to the present, APUA has retrofitted a house for Baynes. The wheelchair will assist him further as he continues his efforts to attain his independence.
The management of APUA express their willingness to continue assisting Baynes in any way necessary. With the support of his former co-workers who gathered for the presentation, Baynes expressed sincere thanks to the management and staff for their continued support and assistance.

RE: Former APUA Worker Gifted With Wheelchair
The problem of the world today, we want things now now now. come on! if we want to find out information call APUA yourself. Everything on have to be public. They dont have to clear the air and tell us ever details. They're loyal to their employee who have gotten hurt. And I am sure the family of Colin.
Show some sympathy and respect! smh

Something missing
Could APUA management clear the air and give a full and detailed account of the entitlements due this former employee who, while in the course of duty sustained life changing injuries? While the wheel chair is a welcomed gesture, it comes 6 years after the accident and really begs the question of what has APUA done for this young man to aid in his rehabilitation?
By the way, when are we going to hear the details of the settlement made in the case of Colin Warner, the guy who died while on duty? We are still waiting for the report from the investigation into his untimely death
