Antigua St John's - MSJMC is offering an 8-week lifestyle transition program called “Fit for Christmas” set to begin on October 10th. The program, which is being offered for the fourth time since the hospital opened, combines exercise and health assessments with motivational education sessions designed to help members of the public get on the path to better health.

“Our unique approach places equal emphasis on nutrition, exercise, health and lifestyle”, said Samantha Moitt, Dietitian at MSJMC.

“And our health care experts will be there to teach the importance of exercise and how to make choices for a healthy lifestyle, without the gimmicks.”

The Lifestyle Program is $275 and includes:

•    8-week Exercise Program
•    Led by Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist & Experienced Group Fitness Instructors
•    Health Assessments*
•    Fitness Classes (4-days per week) and Weight Checks
•    Free Weight Loss Manual

This is our fourth program and all have been quite successful and participants have seen some really good results and have learned various techniques of how to stay on track which is what it’s all about.”
