At the lower reaches of the Tanner Street stone protected ditch, built over 70 years ago by the Colonial Engineers, is a hole getting larger and larger with every major water dscharge and flow from the retention pond - Country Pond. No one cares. No Agency is Responsible. No Ministry is Accountable. Life Goes On! Just as Fryes, it is the Photo Op and forget Responsibility & Accountability. Public Works is MIA.
