Its so amazing to see everyone taking sides without even being present at the actual scene. My mother always told me that there were 3 sides to a story and in this case Tian Side, Destroyer Side and The Truth. So the question remains who will tell the Truth.......... ..Yes Destroyer has had his run in with the law but that doesnt mean that his past convictions should be used to influence his present actions although yes if he did threaten tian then he is wrong and on the other hand tian should have not reacted by assualting destroyer instead reported the threat to the police so they could have handled it. If Tian and Destroyer are in an altercation regardless to who started it and only one makes a report to the Police... The police has a right to investigate. Everyone is blaiming this and that and talking crap of our justice system but fail to realise that Young Destroyer was held for questioning simply because Tian made a report, HE DIDN'T. I have read these comments and everyone has a right to an opinion but some of the comments are biased. If my memory serves me correctly serious threats are always investigated by the police so it should be obvious that Young Destroyer would be taken into custody because witnesses stated that he threatened Tian Winter. What CaribArena reported also deviates from the reports we heard on all of the news stations here stating that Young Destroyer was the aggressor and both were taken into custody initially. I was at the show but not backstage to see what transpired. However, I can say the whole fracas was a damn shame. Both are talented artistes and this kind of behavior is unnecessary. As for Young Destroyer, I remembered after he had several brushes with the law he composed a song " Don 't Write me off." I was so touched by this song and felt that people should give him a chance to redeem himself so I am very shocked that he got into trouble again. I am even more concerned that he was allegedly mentioning a gun and all of that. This is very serious and he needs a wake- up call. I hope that a truce is called so that this matters gets resolved speedily because both young men have their faults.

Some time ago, when Leston Young Destroyer Jacobs lost a junior calypso competetion and his Father went on stage and drag him off the stage because he did not win, i said, this little fellow had really bad day coming his way unless his grand parents reversed the course his father brought on him from that night.

There is no doubt, as in these two cases, as reported by Caribarena, that Our/The Justice system and its symbol-ISM is right on the money. IT'S a blindfolded, big-breasted-ha rlot, holding an unbalanced scale in one hand and at times a sword in the other.

Cant blame the police on this one. At least they did not arrest him whilst he was performing on stage and if a report is made they do have to take the accused in for questioning. Obviously this wasnt serious because they releaased him. Now if Destroyer was beaten by Tian and friends why didnt he go to the police and make a report?? One Aim, One Truth, One Destiny...Sever al days ago, Caribarena ran a story headlined, 'Couple Threatens Tourism Sabotage.' Tourism, our main industry was NOT alledgedly but actually threatened, since this news media holds the evidence. This was done, because their rights were violated by the theft of their personal property, it was reported to the police, and the police are, alledgedly draging their feet. If this threat was carried out, and to some degree, it has since the report is already global, would and could this threat made by the couple be considered a terrorist act, since many of our families and business will be adversely affected by the couples threat, YET THE LAW(justice) choose not to arrest or charge them with such.
On the other hand, Young Destroyer, alledged makes a comment, he is physically assaulted, he retaliates with a threat and he's arrested, held for questioning, released and the investigation continues.

Young Destroyer was detained for the use of threatening language, which is due process for the police to carry out. However i hear nothing mentioned about Tian being arrested or even charged for assault and battery. Aren't those offence chargeable anymore or does it have to do with who is the recepient of the charges? It is alleged by people who witnessed the incident that Tian was the aggressor. From all accounts a comment was made by Young Destroyer which he apparently took exception to and he ( Tian) hit him. I guess speech is no longer free in this country. Therefore you can hit someone if they say something you don't like then report them for threatening you. It's easier to believe something bad of someone who has a history of being in trouble than to believe something bad of the golden boy. I think both parties need to be held accountable. If Young Destroyer is going to be held for threatening language, Tian should be held for assault and battery.
