Antigua St. John’s – The response to the Kings Assemblies International Church Vacation Bible School has been described as overwhelming, with registration showing to be more than double the number it intended to cater for.
The organisers had initially indicated that they could only accommodate 40 children for the July 23 to 27 vacation activity, but Pastor Upert Murray said that to date more than 80 children from Christian and non-Christians homes have been registered.
The Vacation Bible School will cater to children aged 5 to 16 years, and will be held at Greenbay Primary School from 9 am to 2 pm. It is free of charge and the Church will provide hot lunches for the participants, courtesy of Island Provisions Ltd., KFC, Sparkling Detergents, and the Laundromat and Cleaners in the Obeez Complex.
