Antigua St. John’s – Senior examiner within the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, Mr Morvin Williams recently completed a fellowship in Banking and Finance at Boston University’s Graduate School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts.
The fellowship, named after the late American Senator and Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey, is a Fulbright exchange activity that provides 10 months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States.
The programme provides a basis for creating lasting ties between US citizens and their professional counterparts in other countries. It also fosters an exchange of knowledge and mutual understanding, through which the United States joins in a significant partnership with developing countries.
With one of the core components being leadership development and enhancement, the fellowship programme is flexible and allows fellows to choose various courses at their assigned university.
