Antigua St John's - A 27-acre estate within Antigua's posh Mill Reef Club has gone on sale for US$14.5 M, according to a Christie's International Real Estate listing.
The property is owned by Rachel "Bunny" Lowe Lambert Lloyd Mellon. At 101, Lloyd Mellon is the widow of banking heir Paul Mellon, who was an art collector, horse breeder, and philanthropist.
The estate was described online as "one of the Caribbean's most prestigious properties," having been in use by the Mellon family and their guests for the last 60 years.
The sprawling estate includes a three-bedroom guest house, staff house, the main home, a music house, and a number of other structures. It was designed by architect Robertson Ward in the wake of World War II.
The listing is available online at

I am sure the IMF or the Chinese govt will be happy to give you a loan. Boy, it's a pity the "Knight in shining handcuffs" was arrested and is now serving 20years in jail otherwise he could have backed you up. LOL
