LIME Colleagues Treated Like Royalty

LIME Colleagues Treated Like RoyaltyAntigua St. John's - You don't have to be a descendant of the house of Windsor to be treated like Royalty in Antigua. All you have to be is part of team LIME.

The entire LIME staff were hosted to lunch aboard a luxury cruise liner the Brilliance of the Seas on Thursday 27th December 2012.  It was another first for team Antigua. For the past 3 years LIME Antigua has been exploring new and creative ways to engage its team members. The traditional end of year staff get together was moved off shore in a novel idea to combine a fun luncheon with the annual reward and recognition event.

From the feedback from various team members the luncheon by and large was truly exceptional and served to encourage staff to remain at the top of their game as the company enters 2013.

The management and staff all journeyed to the Heritage Quay Pier in St. Johns where in true brilliant Antiguan sunshine they boarded the Brilliance of the Seas, A Royal Caribbean Cruise Liner for an afternoon of fun, fellowship and fine food.

Staff were in awe of the Royal treatment they received on board which for many was their first opportunity to experience life aboard a luxury cruise liner.

Davidson Charles General Manager while thanking the staff for their contribution throughout the year commented that “a great team deserves to be celebrated in a great way”.

Several team members who celebrated 15, 20 and 25 years with the company were recognized by Human Resource Manager Laurine Richards.

The teams were treated to a sumptuous three course lunch which was followed by a grand tour of the ship.

“This is an excellent idea and I will never forget this day commented one staff member.  Another commented "I never thought I would have an opportunity to be on one of these cruise liners". The experience even prompted some staff to enquire about taking a future cruise vacation where they could enjoy all that the ship had to offer.

The afternoon was truly a Royal one which will long be remembered.  Thanks to LIME.

Another Buccaneer Sharing The Caribbean Spoils!

Notes From A Native Son Of The Rock! Quote:
Marketing is Relationship Building! Marketing is Everything & Everything is Marketing! - Harvard Business Review.
With such Royall Treatment, how can you not dream and realize Cruise Tourism on such a Majestic Floating Hotel. Some of our Ancestors were taken in by a few trinkets. Some such as Hard Knaax say we are taken in by edible delights. You can say good bye to land tourism in the Caribbean in the near future for the Royalls. They most certainly will wistfully cruise past Royall Bay and reminisce of all that money earned on the enslaved labour of their ancestors donated to Harvard's Law School Endowment as they quaff a glass or two.
We learn nothing. Cruise Tourism is killing land Tourism. Why kill yourself?
Oh Gad! Pray Wid Mi!
